The Fireworks Programme is ideal for:

The programme provides a framework for the coaching in the form of interesting and engaging exercises and profound guided meditations which will bring out that creativity and resourcefulness in you and direct it toward discovering the right next step for your working life.

The Fireworks Career Coaching Programme in Brief
Research shows that those who are most satisfied and motivated by their work are in careers which reflect who they really are; careers which reflect their true nature and their real passions; career that draw on their innate strengths and employ their favourite skills; careers which allow them to honour their deeply held values.

Stage 1 - Explore what you want
The first stage in the career coaching programme therefore encourages you to really get to know and value and feel confident in yourself and you skills. You will find out what is important to you, what motivates you, what you are passionate about, your abilities and internal resources. You will also look at your professional skills, strengths and motivators and the characteristics of your ideal job.

Stage 2 - Dream of the perfect job
In this next stage clients use the information they now have about themselves and their ideal job to create a list of new career possibilities and to explore them in more detail.

Stage 3 - Discover how to make it reality
The final stage bridges the gap between the dream and the reality by taking the most compelling of the career possibilities and working how to make it happen; clarifying goals; creating specific actions and and setting it in a timeframe.

Practicalities

The programme is designed to take 12 sessions (£60 per session). I am happy to be paid a session at a time but if you pay for all 12 sessions in advance I offer a 10% discount. If parts of the career coaching programme interest you but you cannot afford the full 12 sessions contact me about individual sessions focussing on those aspects.
